WENCE'S BACKGROUND: Wence commenced his legal journey as a commercial litigator in 2007. A few years later, he was recruited by a leading commercial bank where he spent more than 12 years in legal risk and compliance management (in The Bahamas and the Turks & Caicos Islands). After several years of working as a senior manager in a global wealth management company, Wence decided to return to active legal practice and joined Providence. He is experienced in serving High Net-Worth Individuals as well as domestic and international clients. As a corporate and commercial attorney, Wence provides legal solutions on a myriad of compliance, legal, and regulatory issues. He is also a part-time law tutor within the Law Faculty at the University of the Bahamas.

MESSAGE FROM WENCE: My practice is predominately in the areas of corporate and commercial law, conveyancing and property matters. In addition to my legal expertise, I often leverage my wealth of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in compliance and risk management to provide holistic solutions to my clients. I also enjoy community volunteer work and assisting people through participating in pro bono legal aid clinics.
